The latest news from Śląsk says that Rashid Atkins got injured during warm up and won't play, this make me even more comfortable with my pick, I'm adding another 5 units on Turów.

Philly is the weakest team in the Eastern Conference for me, they have very weak bench and no big guys who can score in the paint. Reggie Evans is the weakest starting power forward in the league, the guy is a good rebounder but his offensive game is very poor. The same goes with Delambert, the guy can rebound but scoring is an issue too. Too much depends on one guy in this team. Iguadala is mister everything for this team, if he has an off nights the whole team is struggling big time. Korver is a solid sub, but he plays zero defense. Philly were outplayed by the Toronto team which plays matador defense, and despite that they were losing by double digits almost the whole game. Only because they made a small comeback in the fourth quarter result looks quite ok. The Bulls are better with every year, the young guns are more mature and Deng should hit the stardom status sooner or later. I think the whole situation with Kobe rumors may have some bad impact on team chemistry but overall the are two classes above poor Philly. Home opener for the Bulls and they should dominate the game easily with their depth and talent. Home win for me.

Śląsk is a mess his season, Urlep is still coaching this team, which is the only reason why they are still respected by opponents. Very little quality in this team, constant changes and lack of good polish players will cost them many games this season. So far they have won only one game, against very weak Basket Kwidzyń 66:59 away from home. At home they have lost both games, the first one against solid away team from Świecie, and the second one against mediocre AZS. I have to add that both AZS and Polpak Świcie are much weaker then Turów Zgorzelec. Turów is the best team in the league in my opinion. Many will laugh and point Prokom, but the form me the team from Sopot is only a bunch of overpaid stars who are way over their prime. Turów is an excellent defensive team, coach Filipovski added many quality players like Cameroonian forward Harding Nana, polish NT guard Ivo Kitzinger and a very good American shooting guard form Polpharma David Logan. Overall this team has great depth this season, quality players on all positions, and very good coach. Turów started the season with a sensational defeat against newcomer from Wałbrzych 77:75, but in this game they were leading with double digits almost all the time and simply underestimated hosts, who made an improbable comeback and won the game. After that game Turów won both games, at home they demolished Polonia 75: 56. Then they won a very tough away game against very strong Czarni Słupsk 68:64. Śląsk have many problems with this season, club owner made some weird decisions which made fans and media mad at him. Śląsk made some transfer moves before this game, they will have Rashid Atkins, who played for Prokom last year. He recovered after surgery so, there are some big doubts about his current form. To sum it up, Śląsk is weaker this year, they are playing poor basketball right now. If you compare them to Turów you will notice that guests have advantage on all positions. I like Turów to win this game without any big problems. Under is a nice choice too, both coaches are very defensive minded so I expect a low scoring game.

The last game for Ascoli at home in Serie A, and who knows when they will play in top class again. This team played fair aginst everyone in Serie A, despite being relegated there were no gifts for their opponents. Cagliari is safe, nothing to play for, many youngsters and subs in this game, Ascoli coach said that they want to avoid being last in the standings, and I believe they are motivated to win their last game for the fans.

Time to reedem for Atletico after 0:6 against Barca, there is no better opponetnt then poor Nastic to do this. Atletico is better playing away form home, when they can use thier deadly counters, Atletico has 7 away wins, and I'm sure they will obtain another one today. Uefa Cup is still in reach and thay have to win, because Getafe, Villareal and Huelva are very close in the standings.

Prokom is leading 3:0 and only miracle can save Turów in this final. Prokom is simply to deep and to talented for a limited team like Turów. Prokom has huge advantage on every position, especially under baskets where Besok, Andersen and Dylewicz are to bi and dtrong for Turów to handle. Prokom if only play at leat 75% of thier capabilities will win this game and finish the series. Turów is happy with silver medals, as they have no chance to beat Prokom in 7 games.

Parma is still facing relegation with 39 pts, they have to win this one. Empoli playing for nothing, they have obtained a ticket to the Uefa Cup and it's hard to beleieve that they will give 100% in thier last game of the season.

All Blacks are a very poor team, I have seen them one live, when they played in Poland against our national team, and they were simply awfull. Today they will face medicore Wales, and they shoul lose comfortbaly with 2 or 3 goals difference. Wales with strong lineup today; Wales:

Danny Coyne (Burnley), Chris Gunter (Cardiff), Danny Gabbidon, James Collins (both West Ham), Sam Ricketts (Hull), Simon Davies (Fulham), Carl Fletcher (Crystal Palace), Carl Robinson (Toronto), Ryan Giggs (Man Utd, capt), Craig Bellamy (Liverpool), Rob Earnshaw (Norwich).

New Zeland with many missing before this game, and only 9 out of 17 players in this team are full time proffesionals. Easy win for Wales IMO. GL
